Director's Message

A word from Director

Dear students,

It gives me immense pleasure to write about the Heights institute. From a modest beginning in 1995, Heights institute has grown up into a fully Leading Professional & Training Institute. On this occasion, I wish to share my assessment of what we have done so far and what we have to do henceforth. The guiding philosophy of the institute, throughout, has been creation of knowledge, influencing management practices and integrates globally.

The institute fosters and nurtures leaders capable of making difference in the management of corporate and non-corporate sectors. It inculcates human values and professional ethics in the students, which help themselves make decisions and create path that are good not only for them, but are also good for the society, for the nation. To fulfill its mission in new and powerful ways, each member of Heights Institute community strives to achieve excellence in every endeavor – be it education, consulting or training – by making continuous improvement.

I humbly say that in order to keep pace with the fast moving world, we have to do some soul searching, plan in advance and work ceaselessly and vigorously. Promoted by highly qualified and devoted professionals, the Heights Institute provides student with a perfect insight, which is relevant for tackling real world problems. We at Heights Institution understand the changed role of a professional in today’s business environment. We understand that it takes much more than a theoretical knowledge to perform in a team and gives the team a winning edge. We also understand that business organizations are looking for not merely technically trained students but multi-dimensional professionals.

The teaching methodology in Heights Institute begins with counseling, assessing and grouping students to prepare them for success through systematic guidance process. Thereafter, basic concepts and fundamentals are strengthened to build foundation for future. The faculty in Heights Institution believes in the principle of learning by doing thus lay greater emphasis on practical training. Personality development is another important facet of teaching is dealt through regular seminars, workshops, expert lectures industry visits, group discussion and mock interviews. Often, I remind them, “Youth is a wonderful gift, and it is crime to waste it.”

I wish every student all the very best in his/her quest for excellence.
